8 Chicken thighs, with bone (and skin)
1 green bell pepper
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 yellow onion, sliced
1/2 C white wine
1/2 C chicken broth
1/2 C water
15 oz. can diced tomatoes, no added salt
Handful of sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. black pepper
pinch sea salt
1 spaghetti squash
Add all ingredients to the crock pot. Turn it on low, and cook for 8-10 hours and serve over spaghetti squash
